Poulette Bakeshop deserves all the praise it gets! The drive down to Parker is completely worth it for these pastries. Poulette does both sweet and savory perfectly. We ordered the breakfast box through their website which had a perfect variety of pastries. Definitely worth stopping by if you haven't already!

I made a pilgrimage out here based on all the buzz in the local media & yelp as well. It did not disapoint at all! Such a variety of wonderful baked goods that will temp you and make you drool. Very small but quaint place that is designed to serve a lot of people quickly. Staff was incredibly helpful and I will certainly be coming back!

it was a cold morning on NYE. this Artisan bakery was very niche and had a great selection of pastries to enjoy for breakfast & brunch. I will let you observe the photos to see what I got but one of the favorites was definitely the Pecan and Vanilla Bean Mille Feuille aka the Napolean. the vanilla is not too sweet and the flakes were baked to perfection. of course it's more on the pricey side, however, I think the overall experience of consuming "top of the class" pastries is definitely worth it. it would be great if the had a bigger location, but I think they do well with everything they got. workers were friendly and knowledgeable about each item. definitely will stop by again - just need to give my wallet a break (ha).

I waited quite some time to try this place. It was always busy and they ran out of the croissants. This time, I was able to snag a few pastries. They are the best in that area for sure. However, I would say they were a little on the oily side. The pastries weren't too sweet but they were nice and buttery and flakey. The price point was kind of high for what you get. I would come back here every few months as the price point is just a little too much for what you get. A small line when you walk in. The counter space is long so you can see the selection. It's not too loud in there but you need to speak up when you want a pastry.

The best bakery in Colorado with Michelin star DNA is somehow located in a Parker strip mall. The chefs behind Poulette trained at and led pastry departments at Thomas Keller restaurants and Bottega Louie in LA, among other places. The croissants here are incredible, literally some of the best you'll have in your life. The move is to preorder a box online and pick it up during their limited hours. This is primarily a takeout spot, not a full-fledged cafe where you'll sit and use wifi and work all day. Especially if you have friends or family coming to visit, a box from Poulette Bakeshop can be the perfect treat to show them that Colorado does have some world class eats!

Been wanting to try this place forever but it was kind of a far trip. Well I finally moved closer and is only 10 minutes from me. The inside of shop is smaller than expected, definitely a grab and go not sit and munch place. They had a TON OF OPTIONS. I couldn't decide what to get there was so many amazing things. After much deliberation I got the Ducasse Cake, Eclair, Panele, and Butter Croissant. The butter croissant was so delish, so fluffy with layers and fresh, I wish I got more. The Eclair has a ton of vanilla cream inside makes a bit messy to bite into so maybe cut and eat or have a plate. The Ducasse cake was very good. I wish they had a coffee bar to get coffee with yummy pastries. There is a Starbucks not far. Will definitely be back.

I don't want to sound dramatic, but after visiting Paris, NYC, and so many other places, I honestly think the best croissants are here in Parker, Colorado. I've never been let down by any of their pastries. They also have amazing fresh-baked bread and some really fun sandwiches!

So tasty! We got the almond croissant with raspberry and the filling was amazing. The croissant was slightly over baked. We also got the ham bearclaw and the flavours were really delicious. The person helping us was very friendly and gave us some recommendations. There's no seating, so be aware of that. Will definitely come back and try more!!

The hype is real. Amazing. Got there at 730am. It opens at 8. Third in line. By 8, the line was 20 strong and growing. Great experience. Great confections. So yums. Visit. Get there early. You'll be glad you did.

I have seen this place all over social media and I finally decided to make the drive to Poulette bake shop and it was worth the drive. There are certain items are only available on some days of the week so check their social media accounts to stay up to date with the latest. Everything we ordered was so good. The croissant based pastries were flaky and the ones that are filled with cream are not soggy from the filling. I usually do not like macarons but the pistachio was calling me and super tasty. It wasn't too sweet but did not taste like chalk. Super tasty. The frosting on the cakes are also very tasty and not too sweet. The only downside is it really is all about luck when you come. They are baking items throughout but sometimes they may not be available at the time you come. I wish you could place an order and actually select the pastries you want instead of the sample boxes that they offer.
